In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Provide formal technical and clinical support during the sales process. Responsibilities may include providing required pre-sale product demonstrations and post-sale installation, training and/or customer service activities and ongoing customer support, including on site clinical in-servicing and go-live support.
You are responsible for:
- Develops and executes an instruction program for the users, in order to maximize the independence of the user with regard to the operation of the system and choice of functions.
- Customizes the system to the specific wishes of the users, in close contact with project management and account management, in order to maximize the performance for each specific user.
- Monitors the use of each system, by regular contact with the users, in order to solve problems regarding the operation of the system or to adapt the system.
- Keeps in close contact with the product group, in order to increase/maintain the application knowledge and be timely informed about new developments.
- Participates in the development of new functionality or the development of improved system settings.
- Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed.
- Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineer or related careers with experience in Health Industry.
- Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills.
- Good analytics skill.
- Profile with commercial orientation.
